In order to promote excellence on its various sites, the SUPRAMIANTE company has invested a lot in its teams.
It is important for us to promote well-being at work , by providing our employees, whether in the field or in our offices, the best training and the best working tools .
This is one of the reasons why the SUPRAMIANTE company has a very low Turn Over.
Our field teams
Most of our employees were present when the company was founded.
We make it a point of honor to provide both external training, but also internal training , in order to maintain skill levels at the highest level.
On average, the seniority of our team members in the field is 8 years, which is a record in the profession. This seniority allows us to keep the skills acquired over the years, and to continuously improve our quality of work .
Extremely concerned about the delivery times of our operations, our field teams have the necessary experience to carry out projects within short deadlines while maintaining a very high quality of work.
Speed is not the only advantage that this experience brings. SUPRAMIANTE’s field staff particularly like to take up challenges. Difficult operations (such as interventions in an occupied environment) are mastered to perfection by all of our teams.
The SUPRAMIANTE company has two heavy goods vehicle drivers within its structure. These two collaborators represent a real asset. On each of our operations, they allow us complete control over the disposal of our waste.
Our office teams
In order to best support our employees in the field, seven employees are responsible for site administration.
The back office team is in constant contact with our teams in the field. These exchanges allow a very high reactivity and bring a comfort which favors the quality of work of each one.
In order to maintain close contact, our office teams travel regularly to the various operations. Thus none of our employees is disconnected from the reality of our activities.
